Nothing costs more money than a stationary machine. You certainly know that better than we do. A long time ago, we started thinking about how we could carry out the service more efficiently and save time.<\/p>\n
In order to save our customers the costs of downtime, we introduced remote maintenance, setting a new standard for service. A quick call from the machine operator and we can dial into the machine. This allows us to take complete control, right down to the GNSS components. Troubleshooting, updates, uploading model data and even instructions are carried out with it.<\/p>\n
