S631 GNSS Smart Antenna

The S631 is Hemisphere’s multi-GNSS, multi-frequency smart antenna. The S631 offers robust performance and high precision in a compact and robust housing. With multiple wireless communication ports and an open GNSS interface, the S631 can be used in a variety of operating modes. Use the S631 as a precise base station that transmits RTK to your existing rover network. Turn the S631 into a lightweight and easy-to-use rover by connecting it to your base via UHF radio or a Wi-Fi network. You can use the integrated web user interface (WebUI) to control and manage the status and operation of the receiver and update the S631 with new firmware and activations. The S631 is Athena-enabled and Atlas-enabled (subscription required).

The S631 receiver is equipped with Athena RTK technology. With Athena, the S631 offers state-of-the-art RTK performance when receiving corrections from a static base station or a network RTK correction system. The S631 has multiple connectivity options and allows RTK corrections to be received via radio, cellular modem, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or a serial connection. The S631 offers centimeter-level accuracy with virtually instant initialization times and state-of-the-art ruggedness in challenging environments.

The S631 receiver also allows you to work with Atlas. Atlas is Hemisphere’s industry-leading global correction service that can be added as a subscription to the S631. Atlas provides centimeter-level correction data worldwide via L-band communication satellites. With Atlas, S631 users can achieve sub-decimeter positioning performance anywhere on earth without having to be close to GNSS or communications infrastructure.
